30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
Most Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in 3DHUB.CA’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
● Returns must include all accessories
● Items must include original packaging
● For non-quality related claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.3DHUB.CA refunds the cost of the product itself.
● Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
Item will be refunded based on actual price paid minus shipping on shipping paid items or a shipping charge (our actual shipping cost) on free shipping items.

- Used Filaments/Resins
- Opened Parts/hotend
- Used nozzles
- Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a reference to the original order number.
Are there any charges for return?
- We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In order to determine if the product delivered is defective, please contact us via info@3dhub.ca as soon as possible and provide us as much detail about the issue including any pictures or videos.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges if the item(s) are malfunctioning due to incorrect operation, malicious behaviour or change of personal interest.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification indicating that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, we will issue you the refund immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 business days.
