Printing Tips:

  1. ASA/ABS requires a higher environment temperature to release residual stress during printing compared to PLA and PETG. Keep the chamber closed to avoid warping and layer separation. If your printer has a heated enclosure, maintain the chamber temperature between 60-80°C.
  2. If printing quality decreases after exposure to air, dry the filament at 70-80°C for 4-6 hours.

Applications:

  • Outdoor fixtures and signage
  • Automotive parts
  • Garden equipment
  • Sport accessories
