  • BIQU introduces the innovative H2 V2S LITE, a compact dual-gear extrusion system developed in collaboration with E3D.

  • The H2 V2S LITE is characterized by its remarkable lightness, weighing only 175g, which ensures more precise positioning and less inertia of the extruder.

  • The extrusion system is made with an aluminum alloy body and nano-coated tool steel gears, providing robustness, wear-resistance, and corrosion-resistance, thus prolonging the life of the extrusion system.

  • The built-in heat sink guarantees faster and more effective heat dissipation, enabling accelerated printing with a volumetric speed of 45 mm³/s.

  • A newly developed lever handle controls the feeding and dispensing of filaments, allowing for a more practical and efficient handling of the system.

  • The H2 Bi-Metal Heatbreak, made of copper and titanium alloy, is coated with thermal compound, ensuring increased heat conduction and improved cooling performance, and can be easily removed with a hex key.

  • The dual gear filament feed and adjustable tension, with a gear ratio of 7:1 and an extrusion force of max. 7.5 kg, ensures an extremely smooth filament feed and greater flexibility.

  • The extrusion system also features four additional mounting holes for attaching an auto-leveling sensor or a fan for even faster printing.

  • The H2 V2S LITE is highly compatible with various filaments, such as ABS, HIPS, PLA, PET, PVA, TPU, and more, and with 3D printers such as BIQU B1, BIQU BX, Ender-3, Voron 2.4, Voron V0, and Vzbot.
